Congrats to Ryan Hall, Meb, and Wei Toh for crushing the RnR Half Marathon on Sunday!

Great Job to everyone who crushed “Nicole” on Saturday at 619! I took my first weekend off in several months and feel very recharged to inspire and coach our members at 619 to get to the next level. With the addition of the new members I decided to offer more classes to keep the classes to a preferable size and hire more coaches to keep this a very personalized 619 San Diego Personal Training gym. More than likely the 6am Class will be locked out to drop ins and non members starting in July. We’ll see what happens this month with our $100 referral program.

It’s June and we will be focusing heavily on Olympic Weightlifting, Strength Training, and Fat Burning 619 San Diego Personal Training WODS. I have listened to our key members and spirtual leaders and thought long and hard about the direction of 619 and have realized that we have a lot of momentum and I could not be more proud for our accomplishments so far in 2012.
