We have had 3 Low Back issues come up over the last 6 Months from athletes biting off more than they can chew in WODS that include Deadlifts. Keep your head up and chest out throughout your set and maintain “Bracing” aka “Blocking” throughout both the eccentric and concentric phases of the Deadlift exercise CrossFit 619.
