Benefits of Strawberries

Fat Burner: Anthocyanins is found in the rich red coloring of strawberries. This helps stimulate the burning of stored fat. One group of animals were fed a high fat diet which included anthocyanins, they ended up gaining 24 percent less fat than a group of animals who were also fed a high fat diet, but without anthocyanins.
