WORKOUT OF THE DAY for Monday

Event 6 for 2011 CrossFit Regionals

Because we only have 3 Concept 2 Rowers at this time we will have the less advanced start first and have another 3 athlete’s starting every 3 Minutes.

For Time:
20 Calorie row
30 Burpees
40 Two-hand dumbbell ground-to-overhead (45lb / 35lb)
50 Toes-to-bar
100 foot Overhead walking lunge (45lb plate / 25lb)
150 foot Sprint
